1. General provisions
These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the "Terms") govern the relationship between the Rentmi platform (hereinafter — the "Platform") and the individuals using it (hereinafter — the "User").
By registering with or using the Platform, the User confirms that they have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
- Platform — the mobile application (iOS and Android) and the related information system, developed and operated by RENTME LLC, providing real estate rental services.
- User — an individual or legal entity registered on the Platform.
- Landlord — a User offering their real estate for rent through the Platform.
- Tenant — a User intending to rent real estate through the Platform.
- Listing — a rental offer published on the Platform.
- Rating (scoring) — a metric that evaluates a User's reliability.
- Account — the User's personal cabinet on the Platform.
3. About the Platform
The Platform is a mobile platform that allows Users to connect rental offers and demand for real estate.
The Platform does not act as a real estate owner or party to the rental contract — it serves as an information intermediary between Users.
4. Registration and account
4.1. To use the Platform, a User must register and verify their identity through MyID or another identification system.
4.2. The User is personally responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information provided at registration.
4.3. Persons under 18 cannot use the Platform independently.
4.4. Creating multiple accounts by a single User is prohibited.
4.5. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their account and for any actions taken through it.
5. User rights and obligations
5.1. The User has the following rights:
- use all functional capabilities of the Platform in accordance with these Terms;
- post, edit and remove their own listings;
- communicate with other Users through the Platform;
- contact the technical support service;
- voluntarily close their account.
5.2. The User is obligated to:
- provide only true and accurate information;
- keep changed information up to date;
- comply with the Platform's rules and applicable law;
- respect the rights of other Users and third parties;
- not disclose account credentials to third parties;
- notify the Platform about suspicious activity or fraud.
6. Platform rights and obligations
6.1. The Platform has the following rights:
- verify the identity of the User and the accuracy of information provided;
- restrict or block accounts in case of identified violations;
- remove listings that violate the rules;
- unilaterally change service plans and capabilities;
- temporarily suspend the Platform for maintenance.
6.2. The Platform is obligated to:
- make efforts to ensure uninterrupted service;
- protect the User's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
- review User inquiries;
- notify Users of significant changes to the Terms.
7. Rental relationships
7.1. The rental contract is concluded directly between the Landlord and the Tenant. The Platform is not a party to such a contract.
7.2. The Landlord guarantees that they own or have the right to rent out the property listed.
7.3. The Tenant agrees to use the property for the purposes and on the terms specified in the listing.
7.4. Any disputes arising between the parties — including disputes about the condition of the property, payments or contract terms — are resolved by the Users themselves.
8. Payments and settlements
8.1. Payments made through the Platform are processed via licensed payment service operators.
8.2. Some Platform services may be provided for a fee. Tariffs are published on the Platform.
8.3. When making a payment, the User confirms that they are the lawful owner of the payment instrument used.
8.4. Paid amounts are non-refundable, except in cases provided for by law.
9. Rating and scoring system
9.1. The Platform forms an internal rating (scoring) metric based on a User's actions, payment discipline, credit history and other data.
9.2. The rating system serves to strengthen trust between Users and to assess risk.
9.3. The methodology for calculating ratings is the intellectual property of the Platform and is not fully disclosed.
9.4. The User has the right to view their rating status through their account.
10. Intellectual property
10.1. The Platform's software, design, logos, trademarks, texts and other content are the intellectual property of RENTME LLC.
10.2. Copying, distributing, modifying or commercial use of Platform elements without permission is prohibited.
10.3. Copyright in content posted by a User (listings, photos, comments) remains with the User, but the User grants the Platform a non-exclusive license to use that content as part of the services.
11. Prohibited actions
Users are prohibited from:
- providing false or misleading information;
- registering on behalf of another person;
- fraud or actions contrary to law or moral norms;
- attempts to bypass the Platform's security systems;
- use of malicious software (viruses, bots);
- insulting, threatening or harassing other Users;
- collecting Platform data through automated means (parsing, scraping);
- spamming or distributing unauthorized advertising;
- any other actions prohibited by law.
12. Account restriction and blocking
12.1. The Platform may restrict or block an account in the following cases:
- violation of these Terms;
- discovery of false information or fraud;
- well-founded complaints from other Users;
- lawful request from government authorities;
- presence of a security risk.
12.2.
In case of blocking, the User has the right to export their data from the Platform, except for data that must be retained by law.
13. Limitation of liability
13.1.
The Platform is not responsible for the accuracy, legality or quality of content posted by Users.
13.2.
The Platform is not responsible for the contractual relationships between Users, the actual condition of the rental property, or the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of payment obligations.
13.3. The Platform is not responsible for:
- damages caused by the actions of third parties;
- issues with internet connectivity or the User's device;
- force majeure circumstances.
13.4.
In any case, the Platform's total liability does not exceed the amount the User has paid in the last 12 months.
14. Dispute resolution
14.1. Disputes between the User and the Platform are first resolved through negotiation.
14.2. The User may send a complaint to info@rentmi.uz. Inquiries are reviewed within 15 business days.
14.3. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are resolved in court in accordance with the applicable law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
15. Term and amendments
15.1. These Terms enter into force from the moment the User registers and remain in effect while the account is active.
15.2. The Platform reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. The amended version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Platform.
15.3. If the User does not agree to the new version of the Terms, they may stop using the Platform and close their account.
16. Final provisions
16.1. These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
16.2. If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
16.3. The Terms apply jointly with the Platform's Privacy Policy in matters concerning the processing of User personal data.
