1. Accepted payment methods
The Rentmi platform accepts payments through licensed payment service operators of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
- Uzum — Uzum Bank payment service
- Click — "Click" LLC payment service
- Payme — "Paycom" LLC payment service
- Atmos — "Atmos" JSC payment service
2. Payment procedure
2.1. Payments are made in the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UZS).
2.2. When making a payment, the User confirms that they are the lawful owner of the payment instrument used.
2.3. A payment is considered made from the moment confirmation is received from the payment operator.
2.4. Tariffs and prices for paid services are published on the Platform and in the mobile app.
3. Refunds
3.1. Paid amounts are non-refundable, except in cases provided for in this document and by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3.2. Refunds are possible in the following cases:
- technical errors when charging funds (double charge, incorrect amount charged);
- payment was made for a service that was not delivered for reasons attributable to the Platform;
- other cases provided for by applicable law.
4. Procedure for submitting a refund request
4.1. A refund request is sent to the email address of the Platform's support service.
4.2. The request must include: full name, the phone number linked to the account, the payment date and amount, the reason for the request and copies of supporting documents.
4.3. The review period for a request is up to 10 (ten) business days from the moment the full set of documents is received.
4.4. Refunds are made via the same method and payment instrument used for the original payment. The transfer time depends on the payment operator and issuing bank.
