Payment and Refunds
This page describes how payments and refunds work on the rentmi.uz platform.
1. Payment methods
Payments are processed through payment systems licensed in Uzbekistan — Uzum, Click, Payme and Atmos. Your payment details (card number, etc.) are not stored on Rentmi servers and are processed directly by the payment provider.
2. What you pay for
Registration and browsing listings are free. Certain additional services — such as listing promotion or professional photography — may be paid. The price of every paid service is clearly shown before payment.
3. Rental payments
Rental payments are made under the contract between the owner and the tenant. The platform simplifies the payment process, but agreements on the rental amount remain the mutual responsibility of the parties.
4. Refund conditions
If a paid service was not delivered due to a technical failure, the payment is refunded in full. Refund requests are accepted within 10 business days of payment; once reviewed, funds are returned via the same payment method.
5. Refund timing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
