These terms govern the use of the rentmi.uz platform and the Rentmi mobile app. By using the platform you agree to the terms below.
1. About the service
Rentmi is an online platform connecting homeowners and tenants. We provide tools for publishing listings, sending rental requests, signing contracts online and communicating between the parties. Rentmi is not a party to the rental relationship — the contract is concluded between the owner and the tenant.
2. Registration and account
Full use of the platform requires registration with your phone number. You are responsible for the security of your account and for the actions performed through it. Your information must be accurate and up to date.
3. Listings and moderation
All listings are moderated before publication. Listings containing false, misleading or unlawful information are rejected or removed. The author of a listing is responsible for its content.
4. Scoring system
The platform operates a consent-based scoring system. Scoring results are intended to give owners a general view of a tenant's reliability; the final decision is always made by the parties themselves.
5. Prohibited actions
Using the platform for fraud, misleading other users, sending spam, interfering with the system or any other unlawful purpose is prohibited. Violations may lead to account restriction or suspension.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". We strive to keep the service available at all times, but we are not liable for indirect damages caused by technical failures or the actions of third parties.
7. Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. We will announce significant changes via the platform or the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
